It arrived in two days,packed safely,and at a good price.It is hard to find at times around here (there is one store I wll not shop in),so it's convenient to have it show up on your doorstep,saving on gas also.They also have great customer service,talked w/ Alexandria a couple of times she was very helpful.

Mr Chewy is a great service and I couldn't be more satisfied. I'll never have to take a trip to my local pet store again to find they are out of the food I buy!

One of my babies was just recently diagnosed with canine diabetes and my vet was not able to get me the food that they recommended she start eating. (Royal Canin Diabetic). The food is very expensive to begin with, but when I was shopping the Internet, a lot of the other sites were charging a shipping fee. (One quoted $25.00!). Not only was Mr. Chewy's price of the food lower, but they offered free shipping on orders over $49. Thank you Mr. Chewy! With the all new costs associated with her diabetes (insulin, testing supplies, etc.) every dollar saved is very much appreciated!

My cat food arrived promptly. It was even delivered on a Saturday. I set up automatic shipments.

Was able to get Native (a dog food they don't sell in SC) very quickly, easily and at a good price. I ordered and it arrived within 2 days so all in all a GREAT experience.
