I order for two dogs through this disservice. Dry food once a month seems fine but the wet senior food has a problem every time. For four months every order is problematic. I call and get attitude or “the order was blocked” “the order needs to be verified” or they just hang up. I’ve called and verified the order to have to call back several days later after not receiving because I had to verify it once more. This place is the worst with shipping and customer service standard of a McDonalds in the hood. Never again.

Second time this has happened where I place an order and then don’t get any updates at all so 3 days later I have to email them asking where my order is and they tell me an item is out of stock. Twice now! It’s not my job to track down my order and it’s supposed to be delivered in 3 days, according to their website. Then after I have to contact them they offer me a different item with 10%. They do not care that my animals need food. If they did they’d have let me know an item was out of stock. They say they don’t charge the card until order ships, but I’ve had a charge on my account for 3 days. Never again! I’ll just use Amazon. I’ll never order from Chewy again!

Don't trust this store. I ordered zignature trusting chewy only carried trustworthy brands. All 3 of my dogs ended up almost dying ...found out the food had been recalled. Plus they offer discounts and then refuse to ship declaring you aren't eligible for the discount they offered

My husband and I ordered a cat tree and was wanting to get the item before Christmas. We were unsure this was going to happen based on the shipping date, so we decided to order from Amazon and received the tree in less than a week. We have been trying to get a refund for weeks now and have been told by customer service our refund is "still processing". This is unacceptable and absolutely absurd. This is the first time we have ordered from Chewy and what they are continuing to do is give us the run around on a constant basis. My husband calls at least three times a week if not more and the answer is always the same. If we could give a rating of 0 that is what they would get. This company is highly overrated resulting in a negative review.

What a joke. These people cannot deliver unless it’s a FedEx shipment. Cannot use ups or usps then waits two weeks to tell me. Never ever use this company. They don’t deliver. They take the order accept the money but don’t deliver. First and last time chewy. You are lame.

I got an email yet again saying I had to call to confirm my order. This is the third time this has happened. We use my wifes card on an account with my name and for some reason, Chewy is now the only company I know of that makes this so difficult. The other two times I called, was able to provide my wifes information, and they approved it and sent it. Annoying, but not a huge deal. This time I called and a very rude service agent, Keana or something similar, told me my wife would have to call. I told her that no, she hasnt had to call in the past, and she kept repeating herself in a sharp and nasty tone. I have never experienced this poor quality of service with Chewy. I canceled the order. The food and medicine are for my terminal dog who needs to supplements to help with her chemo and the food because the prednisone is making her very hunger. We are already stressed enough about her being sick. We cant afford these delays in shipping. I will replace the order with my card this once as we are in a pinch, but I think this may be my last interaction with Chewy as things have certainly gone downhill. When I did hear back from a representative about my issue, no apology was given. No explanation of why this occured. Just, its been resolved. It was resolved because I had to cancel the order and replace it with my own card as my wife is working today and not by her phone to resolve this issue. This is super inconvenient because now we have to exchange monies ourselves instead of Chewy just accepting our order. I have never encountered such terrible service and followup.

Never shopping at Chewy again. They claim 1-3 days delivery on the website, which apparently means nothing at all. Currently estimating delivery time of two weeks!! Moreover, I had to call in three times to get the order shipped. Each time the representative claimed, that now everything was in order and they would ship the order. Which apparently also means nothing at all. According the both the 2nd and 3rd representative I spoke with, the prior rep. had not done the job correctly, and so the order was on hold. Overall an utterly bad experience.

I ordered dig food and flea medication from the site. I called the day after the set arrival date because I didn't receive my product but they had no answer for me. They didn't know when I would receive it. I have to now run to the store to pick up dog food.
