I ordered Stella and Chewies Beef patties and chicken and beef treats... my 4 dachshunds loved it all ! I only purchse made in the USA for my best budies and they really enjoyed the surprise !! They know when a package comes it's usually for them... they were very excited !! The beef patties were cut up and served with their kibble for a treat, they gobbled it up !!

We love it that Mr. Chewy (in FedEx clothing) comes right to the door. The Natural Balance Turkey Formula that my dog loves is not always on the shelf when I go to the pet store. This came to me without the hassle. Happy dog, happy owner!

The order process was quick and easy. The shipping was free, which I like a lot! The product was received promptly, in great shape and with a long time left before its expiration date.

I had ordered dry cat food at a local pet supply chain of store with a reputation for being the best. I placed my order on a Saturday and they said they would call when it came in during the week. No call. I called them and they told me it wasn't in the order that arrived, but would be in the one scheduled for Monday. Since I wasn't quite out of food, I figured ok. I called on Monday and the manager said the order "just never came in" at all. In any shipment. And yes, she had my order written down. She asked if I wanted her to "call around" and I said no, I could do that and would order my food online. She never apologized, and said "OK". Mr. Chewy had the food, the best price and I placed my online order that afternoon and the food arrived THE NEXT DAY before noon and I did not pay for special shipping. Mr. Chewy rocks and I will be getting my cats' food and supplies from them from now on.
