first time I ordered from chewy. Impressed by their fast delivery and pricing... I live in a rural area - saves me gas money and they are cheaper than petco. I ordered 2 bags of dog food.. they were delivered on 2 different days.. not sure why...not really a complaint but worth mentioning...

Our vet changed our dog's diet to a prescription diet that the vet didn't stock, but Mr Chewy did. We needed it ASAP but i was unsure how long the human verification of the order would take. And i placed the order w/o remembering to use expedited shipping. I've been through the verification black hole for my own human prescriptions, so i picked up the phone and called. A woman (intelligent, informed) answered and said she would check on it right away. They didnt have expedited shipping (a little unusual but i guess it is what it is) but their warehouse in PA would only take a day to NYC. awesome. Everything came as she said, and it only took me a minute total.

My boys take meds twice a day and pill pockets are the perfect way to get them to take those meds without even knowing it. They love them. I order a large amount when I get them because I use 4 a day. Mr. Chewy was fast, convenient and less expensive than buying them at the vet or in stores. I get free shipping and receive the pockets in a matter of days after ordering. Definitely like ordering from them.

The ordering was easy and fast. It also saves me gas not having to drive to a local pet supply store. It is also wonderful for me because it's delivered right to the door. As I have a bad back lifting heavy bags of dog food are not something I am allowed to do. Now my husband gets home and can just put it away. Helps me in so many ways with being disabled.

I had wanted to purchase my dog food at Mr. Chewy before, but they only carried one of the two brands that I use and I wouldn't make the free shipping with just one. I was about to place an order and I decided to look at Mr. Chewy again. They not only carry both brands now (Honest Kitchen and Earthborn Holistic) but HK was also on sale! Even without the sale, their prices are the best I've seen and I received my order the next day! I sure hope they continue with the prices and quality service...
