My dog crossed over to the rainbow bridge a couple of months ago. I thought I had cancelled all my auto deliveries but somehow a deliver snuck through. Chewy.com was so understanding. They took care of the issue right away. They helped me to make sure my dog was memorialized and a few days later, on my doorstep were flowers with a very sweet note! I have always had excellent customer service with Chewy.com, but this - this was above and beyond. Chewy is family.

Chewy's customer service is awesome. A young woman named MaKayla helped me on 4/30/24. Unfortunately, our pet passed away and I needed to return an item. She was so compassionate and understanding, which meant so much to me. I wish all people working in customer service roles were as kind and caring as this young lady was!

I absolutely love this company... they always deliver ontime and my dogs are never without food... definitely recommend them I have been with them for 1year or so

I had been using Chewy for a year to get my little dog special food as he had cancer and no stores near us carried it. After he passed away I was getting emails reminding me to reorder "Ozzy's" food. I let them know he passed and not only did I get several emails from different employees expressing sympathy, they also sent a bouquet of beautiful flowers to our house. They go way above and beyond.

I had previously complained about the poor packaging of a canned food shipment. Chewey apparently listened, and the most recent shipments were very well packaged, arrived on-time, with no damaged cans. Very nice upgrade in packaging & shipping! Thanks

I have always received good customer service assistance in all my orders and returns. Recently I needed to cancel a recent prescription order due to the passing of my wonderful cat Molly. Angela helped me though the very emotional call, canceled the order promptly and provided kind words or caring. Yesterday I was surprised by flowers and a condolence message from Angela and my Chewy Family. Their compassion in my time of loss is greatly appreciated. Thank you for caring about our pets like we do.

I have been a Chewy customer for over two years now, and i must say i am very happy to be so. Not once have they disappointed me in resolving problems, refunding when there were issues, prompt delivery, honoring promos, quality food, and most of all the amazing customer service!. They took care of me very well, and the customer service is top notch. Other companies like Google and Door Dash with terrible customer service, need to learn from Chewy how to take care of their customers. I am a very happy customer. I am very grateful for their consideration, they treat you like a cherished customer, inquring after your pets, care for your pet's well being. You are doing a great job Chewy. We have been ordering from Chewy for many years because our pug, Lexi, needed Royal Canin Urinary SO dog food. We just ordered a new bag and didn't open it yet. Unfortunately, Lexi passed away a few days ago. I called Chewy and they refunded our money in full and told us to donate the food, which we really appreciated. Today we received a bouquet of flowers from a local florist that were from Paula and the Chewy Team wishing their condolences. This was the kindest thing we have ever received from a company who doesn't even know us personally.
