If I could give them negative stars I would Their customer service is the worst …. Horrible and totally incompetent They don’t care at all for customers anymore… I ordered product from chewy and I live in the Pacific Northwest After a few days my order didn’t arrive so I checked on it The order was sent from chewy in Kansas to Florida Apparently geography is not their strong suit at chewy because the route to the Pacific Northwest from Kansas is not usually thru Florida When I called their customer service all they could say like a recording was the order has been delayed by weather REALLY so the fact that the order was sent 3,000 miles in the wrong direction has nothing to do with the delay? I started out just concerned about my order but the unbelievably awful and uncaring customer service at chewy has me so angry that I will NEVER do business with them again How about taking responsibility for your error and replace the order or at least try to fix it instead of just saying the same stupid sentence over and over again This used to be a good company now they don’t care what happens with the orders or about customers

When it comes to pharmacy, Chewy just drops the ball. The supervisors that I speak to, admit there is a glitch in their system. If they don't reach the vet on first try for drug approvals, they don't try again and will cancel the order in 6 days!! Very frustrating! Giving 1 star, because prices can be better depending.

Chewy was great years ago. Shipping has slowly degraded and the last autoship was supposed to come yesterday according to Fedex, whose tracking says out for delivery. Never came. I called and the dbag on the phone said it never shipped. I told him to cancel, refund, and delete my account. He agreed. Around an hour later, I got an email saying my order is coming but running late. I called again and the sensitive flower on the phone said she didn’t like my language. So she got an earful of it. And so did the other people I called back just to chew out. You cannot commit fraud, lie, and steal money and expect not to get chewed out. If you are going to commit adult crimes, you are going to hear adult language. Here I come, I’ll be filing fraud complaints everywhere.

I ordered 1-15 lb. bag of Blue Indoor Cat food on February 24th, 2023. It is now March 2, 2023. There were NO UPDATES as to why the Order was delayed. The order was 'supposed' to be shipped out of Nevada. I received NO Updates for the delay. I contacted the 24 Hour Customer Service on 3/2/2023 I was informed that there was a Storm between Nevada and California. I asked why I was NOT INFORMED of the shipping issue, she stated that she would let Her Manager know of my concerns. I then had to cancel my order and then order from a local dealer (which is costing $15 more). My cats are 'Special Needs' babies and this food has been the best for them. Chewy, I wish you had been more forthcoming and informative of the transportation issues. I am a Senior Citizen and am on Social Security and I pet sit on the side for a bit more income, I could of used that extra $15 that I am spending due to YOUR LACK of Communication. I am now FORCED to buy local and PAY MORE due YOUR LACK of Communication.

I've had issues with Chewy orders multiple times, and they do nothing to make it better. This business must be so poorly run and their customer service is terrible. Most recently I placed an order that never arrived. I contacted customer service and they re-sent the order but offered nothing more. They didn't even overnight or expedite it. Then when my order arrived it was missing an item. Don't use Chewy, you're better off just going to the pet store.

Made me go to unnecessary vet visit for lab work ( didn’t give my vet my prescription purchase history ) Horrible customer service!!! Why do we have to enter Vet information on all prescriptions BUT you never call or verify it .. Very unprofessional… I would give no stars if I could Send emails and No response to either

Horrible communication from the Chewy team. Says orders will be there 1-3. Took an email, 2 calls for them to tell me something totally different during each of the phone calls. I will never suggest using this website to friends or anyone I ever talk to about them. 6 days later and I still never received my dog food.

Chewy doesn't offer a military discount or a service dog discount. My local store does both. I'll shop at the local store from now on.
