I have used Chewy for years and rarely has there been an issue. They fix it immediately. The quality of their products keeps me coming back. My little Maddie cat passed away at 16 recently and I contacted Chewy online to cancel her auto shipments. Maddie loved all her cat trees, toys and snacks! I left a message yesterday that she passed and why her stuff was canceled. Today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a condolence card from Chewy.

On August 25, I spoke to Amy.I would like to thank her for helping me in trying to find the right food for my cats. She was very knowledgeable and she was able to answer all my questions. She was ever professional and understanding. She was able to answer all my questions , which made me feel comfortable. So, phoned today as the $30 gift card Chewy offered code for orders above $100 did not go through to determine what the error was. We have 5 pets; and 4 currently are on prescription food, so we appreciate any offer to mitigate the prices. I was informed by Ethan that this code did not apply to medical food. I thanked him for letting me know. He then offered the $30 as a customer courtesy - we buy much of our pet food, toys and supplies from Chewy as we truly appreciate their return policy, quick deliveries and excellent customer service which is always consistent and respect that they donate food to animal shelters whose need is always high. This was above and beyond; as I did not ask for this. Chewy is very customer service oriented and because of this, we always have and always will order from Chewy first. Chewy is the best. I've even found them cheaper than the manufacturer's website on occasion. Recently, my package shipped to the wrong address. They replaced the order and reshipped it free of charge! Often the food arrives in just a day or two - like Gentle Giants dog food.. If you run out, you don't have to buy dog or cat food at retail; tide them over for a day, and Chewy will have the new order out before you know it. I've never been more impressed with any company - Chewy is the best!

Love Chewy always on time and well priced Always send update on your orders Orders from them for years But the most thoughtful thing was they send flowers when my kitty and my doggy died. I was so surprised and that really enlightened my day. Never anybody was so thoughtful.

It is very easy to schedule and change deliveries on their website. They consistently ship on time. When you call for help, a real person answers who can take action right away. When my cat died and I called to cancel my auto ships and express my appreciation for the years of great customer service, the rep Michaela actually shared my story with others on the floor and they sent me beautiful flowers!!! How many companies do that?

I've been buying from Chewy for quite some time and am very pleased with the freshness of the products, competitive costs of products, the incredibly fast shipping, and the best customer service of any company today. They have live 24/7 help - excellent representatives who are truly an asset to Chewy.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Chewy. I've been a customer for about 7 or 8 years and have used them for several different pets and animals even the homeless kitties outside. Now Chewy does often surprise me with their EXCEPTIONAL customer service but I was BLOWN AWAY yesterday when I received an email after reviewing a couple products I had ordered from them and one of the reviews I stated I was going to donate the UNLIKED treats to the animal shelter and approximately half hour later received an email from Chewy stating they were REFUNDING my money for said treats and I didn't ask for one in ANY way! To me that is OUT OF THIS WORLD customer service! I DEFINITELY recommend them 1000%
