I have always held Chewy in high regard. Ordered my cat litter and a few other things from them. If I screwed up an order, they said to keep it and donate to a worthy cause, refunding my money. The last 2 orders were very different. I wanted Revolution for both my dogs and cats as they have ear mites. They said they sent it but somehow the order got lost. I have called them 5 times over the past 2 weeks trying to get my order sent. When I looked at my account tonight, it said awaiting authorization from the vet. My vet authorized the order I never received 2 weeks ago! Sounds like no one followed through. When I contacted customer service yesterday they said it was supposed to be sent out today. The rep said the pharmacist will give me a call tomorrow. As well, carprophen is almost impossible to find in stock, the flavored variety. Carprofen was finally in stock and I received my order in a timely manner.

I always order from Chewy. They are fast and usually have what I need. I was hoping to just submit a question or feedback but I could only leave a review. I was disappointed to see a coupon for Senior Taste of the Wild on Google but then it turns out, they do not offer Senior with this brand. It's been a struggle trying to find the right food for my girl because I just read a lot about grain free foods are causing heart problems so I wanted to switch. I finally found one I felt comfortable purchasing and got excited by the coupon, and then I get to the site and they don't have senior. I'm hoping by this, maybe you guys will add Senior Taste of the Wild to the mix:)

chewy I love your company and is useful in our home but sadly we have to part ways due to not giving me shipping options. you only ship via FedEx and FedEx consistently looses my packages. I'm glad you were able to correct my last order delivered to wrong address, but I have decided to use companies with reliable shipping.

I was amazed by the quality customer service experience I had with Chewy. I wrote a review of a product I found inadequate I purchased from them. I received an email making things right just based on my review. I’d like to give special acknowledgment to Chelsea G. who reacted to my review and made sure I was satisfied with my experience with Chewy. I would certainly recommend Chewy for all your pet needs! My first experience with chewy customer service was great! I have a shih tzu puppy who is picky and bought some food that she ate a serving or two mixed with her previous food no problem then wouldn't touch it. They gave my money back then told me to donate to an animal shelter of my choice.

I love their selection. The orders come very quick. I can still get litter and food at the store for half the price of Chewy, but that is the only negative. For most everything else, I willborder from Chewy. I ordered eye wash, ear wash, mouth cleaner and brushes. Very happy.

I always order from chewy, and they have great customer service, and replace any items that are damaged or if your pet doesn’t like something. I just don’t like the way they package items into boxes though because they’ll put a 50 pound bag of dog food in the same box with canned cat or dog food then the canned food arrives dented, and very damaged. So I always order those items separately now. But other than that they are an amazing company with good prices, and I’ll always order from them
