I've been a customer of chewy for a while and have never had an issues till lately. My last order I had placed in the morning of cat litter and my order never shipped.. I called customer service and they placed another order and I got the order within 2 days. I just placed another order and again the order has not shipped. I called customer service they told me there is a delay but gave no reason. I never received an email so is this going to be another order not shipped and me having to call again to have them replace the order.

Our shipments tend to be on time. But getting ahold of customer service can be quite challenging.

Done with Chewy. The default with all products is auto ship. So, I am so careful to mark the box "one time purchase" and still it reverts to auto ship. I am wiling to pay more for one time purchase. Just received a second cat scratcher that my cat won't use.

Just returned from TUI Blue Rivera in Benalmadena.Very disappointed definitely not a 4 star hotel would struggle to be a 3 star .Location is amazing right on beach . Hotel interior in general is Very Tired .Floor in room creaks,taps in bathroom covered in limescale very scratched and hard to turn .Fresh grouted needed in shower.Toilet roll holder falls off .Tiles round pool lifting in places and cracked .Parasols old and bases very rusty and some broken. Restaurant clean but tables just basic .Staff friendly .Food ok but not much choice especially meat.Will definitely not be returning .

Back in April, I was waiting on the auto shipment of centraguard for my cat. Card is charged, then the day item is supposed to ship, I get a notification that the item is out of stock. Okay, fine. Things happen. Then in May, and again in June, the same thing happens. They wait all the way until the day of shipment to notify you that the item is out of stock. When emailing with customer service, I am given the same blanket "we're sorry this happened to you, here's a coupon". After the third auto shipment failed, I finally received an email that the manufacturer has discontinued the product. With a little bit of transparency, they could have avoided all the charges and refunds they had to issue. When your working with medicine, I don't think it's unfair for the customer to expect reliability and transparency. If you can't fulfill orders, you need to give customers notice a few days before so we can try to fill our subscriptions elsewhere.

I have been receiving Chewy's auto ship for years. I have multiple pets and spend between 1,000 and 1200 every month on my auto ships . I am sooo disappointed in them recently . They used to have wonderful customer service but lately it's been horrible. I have my auto ship scheduled for every 2 weeks yet it randomly has been debited from my bank account in 8 days , 10 days etc. instead of every 2 weeks, I explained to many customer service reps and even a manager that I don't want it debited randomly and that I chose every 2 weeks because I don't want it every 10 days or even 8 days. They promise it won't happen again every time. Last month the rep changed it to every 8 months and said just hit " ship now " when you actually want it and then it won't come out early . I told her I'd try that but again this month they debited my bank account for 750.00 when my last order shipped early 2 weeks ( not 8 months before) . They just lost my business . I can't afford overdraft fees they cause me any more . I'll take my 1200 a month elsewhere and pay a little extra to avoid overdraft fees in my checking account . It's a shame they can't figure out how to actually charge an account every 2 weeks when the order is requested every 2 weeks.

The only reason I give chewy this review is because of customer service. I had a chat with one person and they told me a product I ordered wasn’t eligible for my promo I entered, I looked the the eligibility and it didn’t say anything about that product, the next day I reached out again, only to be told that product was eligible for that, but I cannot receive my promo because another issue with a different promo they had going. I was told I entered the promo that I didn’t enter. I told them I only entered the promo that I was trying to receive. The person I spoke with was Jody P. I asked Jody who could I speak with to properly handle my situation and Jody ignored my question about 3 times, then I asked for Jody’s boss name which was also ignored. Then Jody ended my chat without me saying I was done nor giving me the name so I could speak with them. But shipping and supplies are great.

Good deals, bad customer service….they cancelled my order after it was approved because “I had used the promo code previously”. It was a welcome back promo code, good for about a month, and I hadn’t placed an order with them for over a year….
