On my very first order, I mistakenly ordered a bag of dog food instead of cat food. When I realized MY error, I called Mr. Chewy. I explained that I had ordered two bags of food for my dogs and I meant to order a bag for my cats and I mistakenly ordered dog food instead of cat food. The person I spoke to was very nice and said that the ordered had already shipped. He said that he would credit me the amout of the dog food and they would ship me out the cat food and waive the shipping charge. He instructed me to donate the dog food to a local shelter or rescue. The next day I received a phone call informing me that the 15 lb bag of cat food that I ordered was not in stock, so to keep me from having to wait, they would send me 3 of the 5.4 lb bags at the same price of the 15 lb bag. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service! Mr. Chewy has a customer for life!

Mr. Chewy answered their phone when I called, knowledgeably answered all questions I had about which food to buy, and then when I ordered on the website, the food was delivered so fast I couldn't believe it, as opposed to another site I had been using who took weeks to get me my order. I'm sticking with Mr.Chewy!

I was quite surprised to find my order delievered the very next day with free shipping. The prices were much lower than what I used to pay at the local pet shop (NYC-prices). I am fully satisfied with my order.

I was away on vacation and was running out of food. Knew it would be difficult to find her Holistic food at the shore. I ordered and with the free shipping it was cheaper than I was purchasing it at home and I didn't have to lug a 30# bag with me. Came within 2 days as promised. Wonderful.
