Don't trust Autoship-first order for puppy food arrived on time, but my 2nd order is "out of stock", and I was given ZERO warning. Tomorrow morning I'll need to go to the store and lug those 40 lbs bags home, which was the entire point of having autoship. I have 5 large puppies (ranging in size from 45 to 85 lbs) and just can't gamble on whether their food will arrive or not!

Since they got sold their costumer service it’s just lip service. They never call the veterinarian to get a prescription. I call them numerous time they never come through. It not a one time that it has happened, I changed supplier better service all around, no more Chewy for me.

I have just spent several weeks of Hell dealing with Chewy. My dog was diagnosed diabetic 3 weeks ago. I learned from friends that I could administer insulin myself with the right materials. I found Chewy on the internet, and ordered a Vetpen to inject the insulin as it would be easier on my pet. Next, I ordered a vial of Vetsulin U40 L.g It was sent to the wrong address, not once, but three times, even after I repeatedly called to have the address corrected! When it finally arrived, it was useless as the freezer bags were completely melted. Since I had already invested some $ in Chewy products, I decided to try again. After another week of frustrating misinformation and communication from Chewy, I rec'd the insulin, intact, yesterday. But wait! The vial does not fit the Vetpen! Another call to the pharmacist! " We are so sorry. the insulin you ordered must be injected with a syringe and the vetpen insulin is out of stock." They deliberately sent what they had, not what I needed! they are the worst. Don't go there, please!

AWFUL! They are WAY over priced, go to petsmart.com to shop for the same things free shipping half the price! Chewy also makes you call in after you place an order to make sure it's you, they Also randomly cancel orders when they feel like it with ZERO explanation, honestly this company has been the most awful. When I finally started to shop around I realized how over charged I was! They are DOUBLING prices!

I just signed up for this pet store and placed an order in already. I’m having problems getting my order delivered. I message them and no response on the status of my order. I tell you really look into this store and when you have a problem they do not respond quick are in my minimum time.

It has been a week since placing my order and still have not received it. I called and was told it was due to severe weather in Olathe KS. This was a LIE. I looked up past weather report for that area and found fog on one day. Chewy customer service has gone down. I will look for a small business to deal with from now on. What a shame! ☹️😔No one is ACCOUNTABLE ANYMORE! EXCUSES AND LIES!

Blatant lie! I placed an order got charged Not true. "...you will only be charged when item ships." I was charged and the item didn't ship. Yes, i did get a refund 3-days later. But, their puchase, processing program has an error in the code when a product is "out of stock". The Chewy Corporation also, has a flawed customer service email system sending out lies.

Package with litter in it poorly packed (just one sheet of thin paper) as a result, litter bag broke, litter all over the place. This isn't the first time litter bag has broken. They can't get good people to pack their products right.
