Just passing on my experience -- I had a good purchasing experience. Based on that, I recommend the company and will continue to use them. * MrChewy's web site is easy to use. * I had a question and I was able to get a customer service rep right away through their chat window. My question was answered quickly and clearly. * My order went through smoothly. I got an e-mail when my order shipped. The e-mail included an FedEx tracking number which linked to a FedEx tracking web page and let me know where my order was every step of the way. * I got my order within two days. * The charge went through correctly on my credit card -- there were no billing mistakes. I only ordered once so I can't review how the automatic reorders will go, but I'll let you all know.
