Same issue as someone described below — I had to call twice to verify my order and account, yesterday the customer service assured me that everything is fine and my order will be shipped in 2-3 days. Today my order got canceled for no reason. I’ll just find another store I guess…

I have been a long-time chewy customer, but their service has gone off the cliff. Shipments are taking a very long time to get verified, and even after speaking to the customer service team to "verify", goods are still not shipping. Overall, experience with Chewy is no longer the same as goods will no longer ship as stated "1-4 days".

I have autoship setup for every two weeks and my two week mark was 03/24. The items stated to have shipped on 03/23 and it is now 03/28. The package is supposed to arrive tomorrow, 19 days instead of 14 days. We have ran out of our supplies so I had to run to the store to pick them up. The reason I got chewy was the convenience of not running to a packed pet store after work. The representative stated something about a 3 day window but the package will now arrive 6 days after the date it was supposed to ship. All I was told that there must be delays due to the weather which was not shown anywhere on fedex, nor notified by chewy, and the weather has been fine within my area (as far as I am aware). The representative was very friendly but provided no resolution to my issue. I just have to wait for my supplies tomorrow. As a newer customer, I am planning on canceling soon since the “convenience” is now an inconvenience.

Chewy used to be a good place to order pet food and supplies from. However, within the past year or so, it has gone downhill drastically! Items are always out of stock, they send expired and spoiled food, the coupons advertised never work, false claims, etc. Plus shipping takes a week now and no longer the 2-3 days as they say. Be advised to stay away from this company!

Chewy customer service used to be the best. Lately it's just one bad experience after another. The woman I spoke to today was rude, confused and belligerent. She couldn't keep the facts straight and kept accusing me of not giving her the information when I literally just told her everything 5 minutes ago. With her level of confusion and uncalled-for nastiness, I really wondered if she was intoxicated. Recent incidents really soured the Chewy experience. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years. Now I'm hesitant to call them. Whatever issue I may have with an order is not worth the unpleasantness of dealing with nasty customer service rep. Maybe it's time to take my business elsewhere.

I have been a long time customer of chewy but recently had my first pharmacy experience. The Vets will not work with them for a reason. They lost 2 paper prescriptions I mailed in WITH tracking. They then refused to assist me. My vet couldn't dispense or write another prescription by law so my poor dog has to suffer with HORRIBLE itching for 30 DAYS until they can dispense again and NO ONE will help me. Their loss of my prescriptions has caused my poor baby to have to suffer and has cost me almost 1,000 in repeat vet visits.....never again!! They don't care at all especially when it's their fault. The icing on the cake was receiving a chewy hat and scarf for my dog as an I'm sorry gift yesterday 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Nothing is for free even if chewy.com says you can get free answers about your pet. It’s not true. Someone will answer you and ask questions and say you will be connected with a veterinarian, right after you give your credit card information. All online vets are the same. They also say that you will be refunded. Why do they want to charge you (as advertised) for a free service and then supposedly refund you? Why ask for money in the first place? Another scam on the internet

I was locked out of my online account. I called their 24x7 line and the agent told me there wasn't anything she could do, but to call back if I needed help? I set up a new account and uploaded a prescription for an urgent order. Was told it would ship that day. Next day I called for an update and they said that they were waiting on a prescription???
