After the local pet store where I was buying my dog food closed, I was worried. No large stores near by carry my preferred brand (Precise Holistic Complete). I located Mrchew and they carried my brand and offered free shipping on my order. A customer service agent called to verify my order due to its size (4 large bags for 1 huge great dane), that impressed me. As long as shipping remains free for larger orders, and customer service remains the same, Mrchew will keep my business, and recommendation.

MrChewy contacted my vet for me for my dogs presciption diet. It was completed and shipped within 1 day and I received it the 2nd day. And thank goodness for a presciption diet my dog actually loves it. I will defintely order from them again.

I never write reviews online, but my experience with Mr. Chewy was so remarkably good that I'm delighted to have the chance to sing its praises. The first time I used Mr. Chewy, I ordered the wrong kind of dog food by mistake. I didn't realize my error till a day had passed, by which time the shipment of incorrect food was already on its way. So, resigned to carrying the errant 30 lb. bag to the post office to return it as soon as it arrived, I placed a second order for the correct kind of food. But when I contacted Mr. Chewy for instructions for returning the first bag, the helpful representative told me not to worry about it -- I could just donate it to a local animal shelter, which was much more convenient than waiting in line with a giant bag of dog food at my local post office. Add to that the low prices and fast free shipping (both bags arrived within two days of my placing the order), and I'm a customer for life.

I was purchasing my dog food from a different company. My brand of food was on back order and I wasn't told. I ran out of food for five dogs with sensitive stomachs. I called mrchewy.com and had my order the following day!
