I received my order within a few days and was able to get a product that was discountinued at my local pet store. The best part is delivery to my door which eliminated a trip to the store over the weekend.

I ordered Earthborn puppy for our new dog at 3pm and by the time I got home from work the next day it had already arrived! Couldn't have asked for faster service and didn't even have to pay extra due to their flat rate shipping! Will definitely be using Mr. Chewy's services in the future!

Notified Customer Service that there was a problem with shipping and that they should look into their box building - they immediately resent a box of snap biscuits that had been crumbled.

This is my first order with this company and I will be ordering from them from now on. They had excellent prices on the 1 lb Texas Hold Ems, Merrick Lamb Treats that my dogs love. I received the order in 2 days . Excellent experience.
