Hey you have to check out this great web site my sister told me about. It was so easy to shop and there was so much to choose from. I couldn't believe my order came in a few days. Good thing as Ariel was not eating her old soft food and needed a change. They also sent me a few email to keep me posted on my order. I felt like they really care what good customer services. Petflow made us mad so we did an Internet search for a new pet food delivery company. I was so excited to find that Chewy carried all of our favorite brands at a competitive price!! We had the best customer service and when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size bones, my order was fixed with no hassle!! And I was given the new bag for free. We are now customers for life! If you care to hear the details of the incident with Petflow: We have spent over $110/month for a recurring order since January. I placed a one time order of treats etc, and 3 days later I was told that 2 of my 5 items were on back order. No big deal. I was asked if I wanted the other 3 items. Of course!! Duh, that's why I ordered them. Then thinking that those items were on the way, 3 days later, I'm told that I need to order $2.03 more to qualify for free shipping. Really? When my other items are back ordered? Charge me for all 5 items now, give me the free shipping and send the rest as it comes in. So I was being forced to order something else or pay shipping. No thanks!! Chewy rules & Petflow drools :)

I just moved to a small town and I couldn't find a store that carried my dog's grain-free, potato-free dog food. I checked online and found Chewy.com. Not only did they carry everything I wanted, but the price was better than what I used to pay in the store. Also, I got free shipping, and it arrived less than 2 days after I ordered it. Very positive experience. Thanks so much.

I appreciated the interaction with your company from the very start of my experience. Our initial purchase consisted of 90lbs of dog food, which was considerably less costly than at my local pet store. Even though this transaction happened on a major holiday weekend, my packages arrived practically on the day after we ordered. Well done and keep up the "no shipping costs"! A great incentive.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a dog or cat. The convenience, selections, and service are outstanding and it saves me a trip out in town. I would like to see that one day the company offer dog toys, bedding, and/or bowls.

I placed my first order with Mr. Chewy, now just Chewy.com. I can highly recommend their fast service, wide variety of dog foods and excellent customer service! The only glitch was that there was a promotion for Merrick canned foods when I first viewed the site. Sure enough, early in the day, cases were discounted, but I was unable to place the order until 8 pm that same day. Prices had gone back to their original cost in my cart, not reflecting the 33% discount. An excellent customer service rep on Live Chat helped me thru the checkout, saying that he would give me a discount reflecting the sale, but could not change the regular prices because of the change over to regular prices. I would think they would post the times that the sales start and end for customers not just the dates! Hope they can remedy that situation, but I do plan on buying from them again!
