I saved greatly over being able to purchase locally. That and the food I purchased I could no longer find in my area. Free shipping arrived in about 5 days. As long as they keep up with great deals like this, I'll continue to shop with them.

I have two siberian kittens and they are like eating machines with fur. Therefore, I decided to order batch of cans from Chewy.com which was recommended by my breeder. The shipment from Chewy.com is very quick. Although I received one damaged can, ( I guess it's due to the package or the process of shipment.), the customer service is very efficient to solve the problem! Will order it again in the future!

order was prepped and shipped inside of 24 hours. The correct food item arrived as expected. Checking the expiration date, it was consistent with what the pet stores currently have on their shelf. No surprises, great customer service, I will definitely purchase from them again!

I tried Mr. Chewy because the pet food store where I purchased Evo dog food just moved further away. So I thought it might be time to order online. Mr. Chewy had the brand I needed, at a VERY GOOD price, free shipping (stocked up to get the free shipping) and it was all delivered to my door in a few days, on the expected delivery date. Can't get any better or easier than that.

Chewy has all the major brands I trust for my pup & the lowest prices anywhere. I love the auto ship feature, the free shipping (very quick). I also loved the follow up emails thanking me for my purchase & making it feel personal. This was my first experience but it was great, and it left an impression on me as a friendly & affordable place which will now be my go-to for all my pet supplies! Highly recommend it to any pet owner.
