Horrible company! Will never purchase anything from Chewy again. Auto-reorder is nothing more than an opportunity for corporations to rate creep and price gouge customers without full and honest disclosure. They repeatedly charged me 2 1/2 times more than the the price they advertise on their website for a particular item. January-august of 2022 I had purchased $6000+ to date, and they rate creeped (fraud) and would not issue credit. Do not recommend. I can’t believe they have the nerve to send me coupons in the mail. I gave them an opportunity to make it right and they didn’t so I’m done. I said I was done and I’m done. They couldn’t sell me water if I was fire. DONE. Boycott Chewy out of business.

I selected a product prescribed by my vet, set up autoship and a new account. Entered billing info and my coupon code. Then after all of that, you won't ship to me in Hawaii. That's so bogus, since Priority mail cost the same all over the United States. Get with the times Chewy! You've lost my annual business.

I just made a new account with this company chewy.com and I purchased an item some dog stairs for my dog and then I get told I committed fraud with my own money and then harassed belittled by negative reps this will probably be my one and only purchase

I placed an order for insulin for my dog on a Tuesday same with food. The food was accepted right away and shipped in the next 2 days. Meanwhile the insulin and syringes weren’t accepted until Friday from the same vet, now I’ve been told my dog won’t get her insulin for another 4 days because of this. All I got was we’re sorry. Never ordering from them again

I have not ordered yet EVER. I don't like the way it fools you into believing you will save 20$ on your first 49$ order and then find out it's with only Auto ship. I am not going to order from here now that I wasted 45 minutes of my time to find out I don't get a discount. Not very happy but I'll get what I need at Walmart

I received my dogs's scheduled and paid for meds, but the driver left the cardboard box out in the rain and everything was ruined. I contacted Chewy right away. I was told the Rx would be replaced right away @ no cost. I sent a thank you email. Then the emails starting coming from them that I had to fill out a FedEx form, they accused me of stating I never got the meds [not true] then they said they could not replace them without an extensive review, then they said they had to contact my vet again, then they said they would not replace them because I threw out the meds....I could keep going but it was excuse after excuse after excuse. I called my vet to call Chewy to get the process started. In the meantime, my dog has no meds...everybody I talked to @ Chewy had a different answer and a different excuse....furious

Super disappointed that my dogs breed isn’t on the list. American Pocket Bully. Color is light brown. If chewy wants to add it. I also can send a picture of her to be put on the supplement bottles

Terrible customer service. I was on auto ship for a heart medication for my cat. My May shipment was supposed to arrive on May 26th. On Friday June 2, I called to say the shipment never arrived. The system was down and I was told to call the next day. I called on Saturday at 7:40 am and the representatives could not find my account. I hung up and tried again. The new representative found my account and said the shipment was lost. Nobody ever notified me. She said that they would expedite a new shipment since I only had 1 day of meds left. At the end of the day, I noticed the order status was showing “In preparation”. I called again and spoke to the pharmacy department technician who said they don’t ship on weekends and that my order would not ship till Monday! He didn’t care that my poor cat needs this heart med! So now my cat is out of meds and I am afraid that he is going to get very sick or worse without meds. Terrible experience. No compassion.
