Good product, good service, well packaged and prompt shipping

The website was easy to use, prices are comparable and delivery was great. Got my package 2 days after I ordered it.

First time I signed up for delivery, I didn't pay attention to the "on back order" status of one of the items in my order. Within a few hours I got a call from a customer service rep alerting me to this oversight and offered several solutions. I ultimately picked a different (slightly more expensive) product at no additional charge. You guys rock!!!

I couldn't recommend them more! I ordered two cases of kitten food and received it one day later! My kitten refused to eat one of the flavors. When I called to inquire about an exchange they asked me to please donate the unused cans to a shelter and issued me a credit to order the flavor my kitten liked. I couldn't ask for better service or for a business that cares about animals and the community more!
