I ordered a 30lb bag of dog food. Turns out the Orijen dog food I ordered was out of stock in the 30lb bag. Without fail they took care of the issue without even getting me involved, I received an email letting me know they were sending two 15lb bags instead. Great customer service in my opinion

I would recommend this site to everyone. One small thing, I wish they carried shampoo's etc. Ordered from PetSmart and it took over a week. On this site, three days from order to delivery!!
