I made my first order through Chewy.com a week ago. I ordered a bag of dog food and a bag of cat food. The Cat food arrived in 2 days, but the dog food didn't show up, so after the weekend, I echatted with a person in customer service, she immediately pulled up my order, saw that the dog food was lost in transit and sent out another bag which arrived by the next morning.

I live in "cow" country, where there are no pet stores just feed stores. So I have had to order food for my Dogues de Bordeaux or drive over 120 roundtrip to the nearest pet store. I found an online vendor but it only took one email from the lady who runs the breed rescue to get me or order from you. I can get the food that is right for my dogues and support rescue. Win-win!
