I really had a difficult time finding my particular canned cat food. Lo and behold I googled it and found it on chewy.com, and it is priced much lower than the store I found it at (plus I had to drive an hour to get there). I am extremely happy with the price and service I have received from Chewy.com. I would highly recommend this website as far as the best price, convenience, and speedy delivery. I like the fact too, that you can schedule deliveries to be shipped periodically, how convenient! My 4 kitties thank you.

I first heard of chewy.com because I am friends with Pets for Patriots and we recently adopted a dog through the program and the promotion was that they donated 20 to the program if you ordered from them, so I was impressed at that. I bought a $50 bag of dog food to see if my dogs liked it and then realized I didnt want to mess with their stomachs by switching dog foods. I contacted the company with ease and they asked me to donate the food to a shelter rather than returning and they would still refund the full amount. I can honestly say that they have now a commited customer just for those reasons. It is so rare to find a company with any kind of customer service anymore, and this company surpassed any expectations. Thank you for your generosity!

The service was easy and great. Everything arrived in time. Prices were very comparible to going to the store and having to pick it up. Just don't think my Fed Ex guy likes having to carry the 30lb bag of dog food package.

Some items in my first order were damaged during shipping, but they were promptly and courteously replaced at no cost to me. I will definitely be using Chewy again.
