Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I found the prices at Chewy's to be comparable to what I was paying in the store. Plus the free shipping and automatic delivery, and I am saving money on gas by not having to drive to the store to buy dog food. My food was delivered the day after I ordered it which was extremely efficient. Thanks Chewy.

I chose chewy for the price and shipping options. I expect my next delivery in 8 weeks.

I bought dry dog food. I called before I placed the order online. The customer service was excellent. One of the packages arrived damaged. I called the customer service. They were very courteous and shipped the replacement right away. I would recommend this merchant to all pet owners.

The price was great and I love the automatic shipping. I even got a reminder that my next order was due to ship in a few days...it gave me chance to adjust my shipping frequency if needed prior to the shipment!

Before I placed my order (for cat food), I saw the "shipping charges", but it wasn't clear exactly what kind of shipping was going to be used, (e.g., Fed-Ex versus USPS, etc.), and how soon my delivery would arrive. I called Chewy.com's toll-free number, and my questions were handled professionally and clearly answered by a very pleasant man. (In other words, I wasn't answered by a machine that sends callers into an labyrinth of pushing various numbers.) Very impressed with this business. I will no doubt buy from them again.

ordered today received order 8:30 am the next morning. Great prices too... Ordered for my Mom as well...

I would recommend your site to family & friends!

First bought my dog food from the pet stores. With free shipping and the convenience of quick ordering and delivery it's something I dint have to worry about from my "to-do list". I will continue to purchase from this website from now on.
