Great company of you like being interrogated about your order. Placed an order & after 4 days it still hadn’t shipped. Called & they said they sent me an email to call them to “verify my information”. They went on to ask my my phone number, email address, home address, billing address &what I ordered. Surprised I wasn’t asked what my SS# & eye color were. They said they’d release my order but 2 more days pass & it still hadn’t shipped. I ended up cancelling & ordering elsewhere. I’ve used Chewy for years since I’ve rescued many animals. They have gone from 5 star service to negative 5 star service.

DoNOT ever order your dog’s prescriptions from Chewy!!’ Even if Chewy screws up an order, you will never receive a refund. I’m contacting BBB. Chewy should never have above a C rating.

Company has gone completely down hill, prices are no longer competitive, customer service sucks, shipping times vary wildly.

Well I made a order on June 7th didn't get any email phone called nothing. They put ahold on my account because I paid with my wife's credit card. I verified the credit card and got everything straight. They gave me a 15% off my purchase and said everything is fine now I get a canceled order and then their excuse was. It was past 6 days while it was past 6 days. Why did you make everything right and give me a 15% discount. now I'm out on the discount and they gave me the money back for the order.I will not be ordering from chewy again.!!!!!

Placed an order on 06/13/2023. I received a mail that I had to confirm my order on call to prevent fraudulent activity so I called them but they didn't process my order when I contact customer support their representative was so rude she told me she can't help me in this matter and this is out of her control and she can't even tell me the status of my order or if it will be processed. She said I should cancel my order 🙄

I placed an order for an electronic pet door. The label created and item prepared for shipment that day however the shipment sat at the warehouse for over a week. (Chewy promise to ship 1-3 days (lie#1) I then contacted customer service and was advised that I would receive a refund and “complimentary” door at no additional charge (lie#2) upon checking my account to verify shipment of door I noticed the tracking number for original door I ordered and “complimentary” door were one in the same. This was absolute verification that there never was a shipment of a “complimentary” door nor a refund on original order. Customer service definitely have been trained to manipulate and lie to customers in order to save sales from cancellation. This is an item easily purchased in any local pet store at same or better price. I decided to wait the 1-3 days because I have been a loyal honest customer for years. Clearly Chewy and I no longer share the same values as it is obvious their honesty takes a backseat to making a buck. Buyer beware!!!!

Practice caution when using Chewy's pharmacy. They sent a lower dose on two boxes of flea medicine than we ordered. The charge was for the higher dose and Chewy refused to correct over charge of $80.

I had to pick a star to write a review, but a one star is not deserved. I was excited to order from Chewy.com but never again. I received my order of Mazuri duck pellet with a taped up tear in the center of the bag. Pellets leaking out into the shipping box and earwigs in the feed. How can a feed source think it’s ok to send a customer a bag of animal feed opened, compromised and taped up?
