I had been using another online pet supply company for the past year and was very satisfied. When they decided to raise their prices considerably, I requested a 'price match'. Much to my chagrin, they wouldn't budge. While researching alternative sites, I came across Chewy.com and between the very respectable prices and quick delivery time, thought I'd take the plunge. Glad I did! Product arrived in perfect shape and in a couple of days of placing my order. Will definitely continue using this site/service and have scheduled routine deliveries for specific time intervals going forward. What a pleasure!

I ordered from Mr. Chewy with some apprehension. I had placed an order a few weeks before with PETCO and it took 7 business days, which is 9 to 10 days in normal time since weekends are not included in business days, to get to my home. The last two days I had no dry food for my cats and they were not happy. The problem is the dry cat food my cats like is not carried by any stores within a 20 mile radius of where I live. So by the time I get to the store where it is sold, they are out of the food or do not have in the size bag I'd like. I decided to try Mr. Chewy, but with concerns over the shipping time. I had a small problem in checking out, but the live chat person helped me and got things fixed in a few moments. Then I began the wait. How long would the order take? To my great surprise, the order arrived in two days! I will use Mr. Chewy again and I highly recommend them!

We ordered chicken flavored Zuke's. Chewy changed the flavor to roasted chicken. Our papillon is a picky eater. We have tried this flavor before. He did not like it. When I called them about our order, they said we will credit you for the purchase price. Please take the Zuke's to the shelter. We did. Thank you again.

I found Chewy, while searching for California natural kibble. Chewy had the best price and offered to set up regular shipments, every 4 weeks. I received my first shipment quickly and my dogs love the food. Thank you Chewy. No more loading 30 pound bags of dog food into my car. Update 10 years later: October 2022 I am still a satisfied Chewy customer. This is a wonderful honest company. You can't go wrong with Chewy.
