The delivery was prompt. Unfortunately, the order was short by one item. When I called about it, the gentleman who took the call acted in a very courteous and friendly manner and said the item would be shipped out the next day, which it did. I recommended to him that Chewy look into carrying Virbac's CET Hextra Chews. We purchase approx. $700 combined of the Petite and Medium 30 count packs each year and I always look for the best online deal for those, since buying them at Petco or from the vet is extremely expensive, especially since our 2 dogs get one each of a petite and a medium each day. I was looking for bulk supplies of poop bags as I own two standard poodles. I found chewy.com and ordered their earth friendly bags. They were less expensive than pet stores and the bags are heavy duty and scented. They are also biodegradable which is important to me. The box says a two month supply but my dogs will go through them faster than that! Thanks for a good product and good service!

The price was right, the shipping was quick; the only thing I didn't like was that a signature was required for delivery, so I had to wait an extra day to receive my dogs' food.

I placed my first order through Chewy.com and before I expected it, here it came. Chewy.com is wonderful, no lugging heavy bags of kibble to the car and then into the house it is delivered to your house, really saves your back. Best of all it is no more expensive than your local pet food store and cheaper than some. Before I forget I want to mention something about the quality of the dog food they offer. I live in a very small town so the only pet food available in the local stores is the usual hodgepodge of pet food, I won't name brand names but I do like to give my girls high quality food which is not available here. My girls are eating a top rated brand of kibble now. Also they love chicken jerky treats but I will not buy them if they are made in China and they have some that are made in the US, My girls are very happy with them.

The price at PETCO for a 10lb bag of Natural Balance was $27.99! Thanks for providing such a great deal!
