I ordered a few items. I decided that i didn't want an item that i purchased because there were news reports that certain dog treats from China had caused deaths. They credited my credit card for the amount of item with no questions asked.

I found Chewy and decided to give them a try. I had an elderly greyhound who had a prescription food that was $100+ per bag, and was $15 more per bag through the vet. Chewy shipped everything immediately. Unfortunately, I had to put my beautiful girl to sleep and was not able to use the food. I called Chewy to see if I would be able to return the 25lb bag, and they said they would refund my money and there was no need to even send the bag of food back. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and sympathetic, and suggested I donate the food to a local shelter, which I will do today. Loyal customer here for sure. Thanks Chewy for being a great service.

I was buying wholesale as a breeder and got out of breeding. Still have a lot of dogs but not enough to meet quota on big order. I ordered the Fromm dog food and received it in 3 working days. No freight and was just slightly higher than I was paying. This brand is hard to find in pet stores so I have contacted all my customers to buy from Chewy.com and save money and having it delivered to the door.

It was very easy to place the order online. I received my order in two days without paying for expedited shipping (wow!) I will definitely use them again.

Not all pet stores sell the EVO red meat small bites and canned dog food that my dog likes. The prices are competitive and the free shipping (with tracking) within 1-2 days had me convinced. It's so much easier and even a little cheaper than buying at a pet store. I ordered on a Monday night and the package arrived Thursday morning. I've tried a couple of other popular pet food sites several times and the shipping ranged from 1 day to 12 days. It's hard to schedule around that - especially when I'm running low on dog food. Once I had to run out to buy a supplement can because I was still waiting for the shipment to arrive. So Mr.Chewy's quick free shipping is a godsend.
