Shortly after I placed my order, a representative called to let me know they didn't have the Greenies I ordered in the large box. Chewy.com went ahead and filled the order with smaller bags, and adjusted the price. (lower). Order was shipped the same day. Service went above and beyond shat I expected and I appreciate how quickly they processed my order.
