I do a lot of online shopping for human and pet items. I have to say without a doubt that the service I've received from Chewy every time I've placed an order is the best. There was a shipping problem the first time I ordered and I called them and within 30 minutes they had tracked down the problem, corrected it and notified me of the solution. And this was on a Friday night. With my next order they were out of the large size bag of food so they substituted with two smaller bags which cost more in general but they only charged me for the large size. I also received a personal phone call (not an email) telling me of their decision. What more can I say.
