When I ordered Revolution for two cats, they only received one fax from my vet and they sent another fax but didn't hear back or didn't follow up or something because I ordered Revolution 1 Jan 2022 and on 10 Jan I called and they really couldn't explain properly why they didn't get an answer on the second fax they sent but they said they're calling them again. The cat food and litter always comes on time!

I need to acknowledge how amazing it is that, instead of having me send back the product I needed to return, they asked to donate it to a local shelter or rescue. I work at a humane society. The community keeps us feeding the animals, providing them with necessities and the comfort they need. The value of these donations are priceless. Thank you Chewy. I've had really generous experiences with chewy.com when I was given money back for a food my cat didn't like, and then donated it to the local shelter. So, I've been impressed and when I've called, most of the customer service people have been kind and understanding. Why I drop this from a 5 to 4 is because of the Black Friday sale where you save $30 for spending $100. However, it only applies to items they decide you save on. I find that to be a lapse in ethics and am not pleased. I get it-they probably can't put everything on sale, but if so, then be upfront about it and be honest.

It has been a while since the experience but felt it was noteworthy. The local store stopped carrying the brand of dog food we have been using for several years and were only able to find it on some shopping club sites and Chewy.com. Since we did not have a membership at the other clubs we placed the order with Chewy and it was promptly delivered without issue. A month later we received another bag of the same dog food which typically last several months with our little Jack Russell. I called customer service and was informed that our original order was placed on an automatic re-supply schedule of which we did not sign up for. The customer service representative was very helpful, refunded us the charge for the second bag without requesting it be returned, and as such it is probably the reason we continue to use them. I would give them 5 stars but I am still a little disappointed that we were added to the automatic re-supply schedule without notice. Just communicate any unexpected deliveries and you should be fine.

Ive been using them for my cats needs since the store closest to me is going through a remodel and removed the pet section for a bit. I don't think I'll be going back to indoor shopping for my pet needs because Chewy offers it all - and then some - plus the quick shipping is great!

I love Chewy but won't use them anymore because FedEx just throws it at the bottom of my stairs and I can't even get the package in my house. Every experience with FedEx in my career is terrible.

Chewy makes it super easy to always have my dog's heartworm & flea medications, food also so no lugging a heavy bag at a store. Always quick delivery which I appreciate, do wish the free shipping minimum wasn't so high tho which I consider their biggest negative.

Update Chewy put money back and made up to me for the trouble. Warning: Make sure before buying from Chewy that are shipping the order from the same warehouse because they charged me for total order when I placed them when it was shipped they were going to charge me for both items separately, because it came from two different places, and asked my bank and I if I got charged for other thing two separately. They don't seem to care if they tie up extra $53.86 in my bank account that I can't use for anything else, until the charge falls off, or if I was going to use it to buy pet food or anything else. I talk to multiple people on the phone and email , they feel like what they did and their explanation is justified and normal. No it not. They need get their billing straightened out not charge twice. Money doesn't grow on trees I use a debit card and it comes out immediately but could take up to 3 months by the bank to give back that ridiculous.
