Awesome experience through this website!! Managing my orders is super easy! So glad I found this site =)

We ordered a bag of food for our first order. It arrived with a small tear in it that had allowed the food to dry out so that the dogs didn't like it. Chewy refunded the entire purchase price without any question or asking that we go through the trouble of returning the bag -- now that's thinking long term!

I would rate Chewy.com very highly...5 stars. Very helpful telephone customer service when I needed help on-line. Product was delivered quickly and I would use them again and would recommend the company to other dog owners.

I scoured the web trying to find the best price and delivery for expensive organic dog food. Chewy is the best. Easy ordering, FAST delivery. I accidentally submitted two different orders within 10 minutes of eachother (my mistake), and customer service called me within an hour to clarify the order. Good catch! It's nice to know someone cares!! I will be a repeat customer.
