I have already shared this site with so many friends and it is my first order. Easy ordering no picking up heavy dog food bags AND it is 8.00 cheaper per bag than my local petfood retailer. So glad I found your site

The price of the food I ordered was less than the other websites I found, plus it was free S&H and I could sign up to have it automatically delivered. Received it quickly too!

I got everything I ordered. It arrived in good shape and much faster than I expected. Will order again. LOVE that they don't have exclusions for shipping cat litter... I don't see why 18 lbs of litter is any different to ship than 18 lbs of food.

I just recently signed up with this company to get my cat food. My cats eat fussy cat which isn't widely distributed and can get pricey. Chewy.com is cheaper than the nearest distributor and gets shipped right to my door! Cant go wrong there! I signed up for the auto shipments so i don't have to worry about always reordering. Package arrived within 2 days, not damaged at all and i could track it the whole way. So far so good! Keep it up chewy.com!!

I have tried some of the other online pet supply providers and was disappointed, frustrated and had vowed to NEVER order from anyone again! They took my money even when they didn't have the product in stock. Made me wait over a month (requiring a 100 mile round trip to the local pet retailer) for parts of my order. Once received, several products were due to expire within a few months. The final insult came when they quit carrying the products I really wanted. Oh and don't forget that only the first order has free shipping, so the money I saved on the products, was negated by shipping charges. Then I came across Chewy.com. They had reasonable prices on all the products I wanted with free shipping. Everything was in stock and my order processed and was received at my front door in less than 24 hours. Not to mention that they have GREAT customer service reps. I received a call to confirm my order, as it was a large one, and both reps where pleasant and efficient. I am now one of Chewy.com's biggest fans!

Was comparison shopping for dog food, never thought I could afford to buy it on-line. But Chewy had the best prices and shipped it for free. I expected my order to take a week or more to arrive and was amazed to receive it overnight.
