A+++. I was worried there would be a delay due to the fact they needed my vet's approval. That was not the case at all. My order arrived so fast! Customer service and communication was also wonderful. I will be ordering from Chewy.com from this point on for all my pup's needs.

It seemed like I'd just placed my first order for a hard to find dog food. I was very happy our dogs food was on the way, I then received a phone call from chewy.com indicating that particular size I wanted would be a delay on it. Before I could even process that, the gentleman said if its OK, a larger size bag of the same food would be on its way. The next day I received the large bag of dog food and we never missed a beat! So, thanks Chewy, that's really thinking.... Our pooch appreciates it too!

Fast service!!! Competitive prices. Two very happy Shih Tzus. Two very happy owners. Bought Merrick beef Flossie spiral sticks. Dogs love them and are happy they don't have to have baths after chew time. These sticks do not smell as the water buffalo and bully sticks do. We are happy we don't feel like we have to clean the carpet or two little faces after they have enjoyed their Flossies.
