I ordered a special dog food for my old, overweight labrador retriever Ralph. The young lady to whom I spoke on the telephone was courteous and knowledgeable about the product they carried. She checked fat content against some other available brands and I feel I got the best product available for my needs. It arrived via FedEx at no shipping cost to me, and I was delighted with the service. It's nice to have promises kept these days.

My 2 chihauhau's love the low fat liver recipe dog treats they literally climb all over me trying to get me to give the treats to them. The larger dogs love the other two, the salmon and sweet potato and the lamb and cranberry. I will definitely get these treats again.

I read about you, called to talk to someone personally, and after a good discussion, ordered what I was interested in trying. I got the product I wanted to try out exactly when my "person" told me it would arrive. So far so good:)

I was So delighted to find a real person on the phone to answer my questions, fill my order, and put my mind at ease. The shipping was added frosting on the cake, at Only $4.50 no matter the weight. I was told when it would arrive and it did!!! This was very important as we are traveling and in an RV, and couldn't find our food. I am thrilled to have found you in this day and age. Thank you so much for caring not only about your business, but about me as a customer, you truly made me feel at home. We will order again in the near future. Definately FIVE STARS!!!
