So, So, Terrible! I uploaded a prescription to dysfunctional Chewy.com three times! And, they keep coming back saying to upload prescription. I even spoke with a dysfunctional Chewy.com rep! I even get emails stating that it is uploaded! Customer service a big fat zero! Dysfunctional Chewy.com even canceled my order after I uploaded the first prescription. Do you want to do business with a company that can't even find prescriptions uploaded DIRECTLY TO THEIR WEBSITE while logged into your personal account with them? NO! Won't use them again!

After receiving Chewy auto shipments to my home for 4 or 5 years I'm NOT a happy camper and disappointed at Chewy's discriminatory singling out customers credit card procedure. ****I called Chewy's 800 num Aug 5, 2023 7am eastern time & spoke to a young male voice who slurred his name to tell Chewy I just received a email from Chewy that my auto ship order was going to be delivered on or about Aug 9 & I wanted to have it shipped asap. He asked me about my pet and I gave him my name of 75 years, phone number of 23 years, address of 45 years, email of 10 years & he asked me for my last 4 digits on my credit card. I told him I don't remember which credit card is on file with Chewy and no one has ever asked me before. (Dah...if I had not called to ship the order sooner Chewy WOULD HAVE USED MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE for the auto shipment for Aug 9, 2023) I asked to speak with a manager who identified himself as Joseph and told him no one ever asked for my credit card information before when I changed my order. I'm a handicapped person in a wheelchair diagnosed with heart failure & its hard for me to get across the room to get my credit card info. I came back to the phone giving my 2 credit card info numbers not knowing which one was on file with Chewy. Joseph told me he was giving me a 10% discount on my order, were I replied great a 10% discount for a heart attack. CLINCHER: Joseph asked if I still wanted to send out the autoship. I replied, Hell Yeah. 0 customer service. very very very disappointed I always received above average treatment before from Chewy. CHEWY YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER

In JUNE 2023, I cancelled ALL autoship from chewy. Aug 2, I spk to supervisor YVONNE who assured me that the unauthorized pending charge of $69.95 which she couldn't find initially would "drop off" I also informed her that upon trying to login to my acct it locked me out..she had NO explanation for this..I hadn't changed my user/pass. I asked if their website was hacked, she had no clue..I told her to DELETE MY ENTIRE ACCT & DELETE THE VISA CARD SAVED ON MY ACCT, she assured me she would do this, but on Aug 4, the $69 is now permanent in my bank. NEVERMIND THAT I didn't get ANY GOODS anyway!!! HORRIBLE CUST SVC REPS & SUPERVISORS. I asked for an email confirming that YVONNE deleted my acct but didn't get one, instead I got a survey! Wow you suck.. never using chewy again. If your using AI then this is how gr8 your svc's are!

I placed an order yesterday. Two items, $71.00. This morning I see that they also charged my card for an ADDITIONAL $95! A call to Chewy was a waste of time, they had the nerve to say it wasn't us!! There are TWO Chewys? Nope. Won't be ordering from them again! Crooks!

HAD TO FIND YOU THAT THERE IS A RECALL FOR SALMONELLA!!! YOU RATHER SKIRT AROUND THE TRUTH THEY REFUSE TO TELL ME THE TRUTH!!!?? HAVE MY PETS DIE AND MY FAMILY GET SICK!!?? SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY! I HAVE LOST ALL TRUST!!

Used to be excellent service. Now, it is the world's worst service. I spend thousands of dollars here every year and they can't even ship out my items. They make me call to "confirm" that I want them after I order. WHAT? I call to confirm and they say they'll be sent out and days go by and they say I need to call to confirm. They hold onto my -paid- items before sending. When they have a prescription handy, they still hold my items. When I speak to a manager and I'm told it's being settled, they still hold my items. Sometimes, they send the wrong stuff. Many times, the cans are crushed. Sometimes, items aren't packed properly and they get smooshed. It doesn't even sound believable but this has been happening for almost a year.

Well well well how things have changed since July when I wrote the review, I was told I could have my packages delivered to FedEx location at Walgreens. Turns out they don’t except over a certain weight limit. Now I’m waiting five days for my kitties food and it’s still not delivered yet. They can’t even give me a timeframe today’s Wednesday the food was ordered on. FRIDAY!!! not happy. Chewy should know the weight limit allowed by FedEx to deliver to Walgreens. They should know enough said.
