The food is great. Cheaper than directly from Dr. Harvey's, and it came quickly. All good.

My dogs would not even look at dry dog food until I switched to Blue. Finally after years of buying every brand on the market ,I hear about Blue so I thought I would try it. To my amazement they ate it. Thank you Blue.

It doesn't get any-better then Chewy. They are the best! I Recently I decided to place an order with another online pet -food company and that was a big mistake. I ordered Acana Wild prairie from them once before after the product change this summer. They advertised the new recipe with the new product size and they confirmed to me that they had it when I called. I was sent the old updated product and promptly returned it. They told me that Chewy had it in stock and that they were trying to figure out why they didn't. I received a call from them around sept 20 informing me that they now had the new Acana wild prairie, so I called to verify that and they confirmed my order. They also informed me that Champion Pet foods had a fire in their ovens which I already knew and that production would be impacted. Guess what ,I received the old outdated product again , but didn't notice until my dog had a messy accident on the floor. When I contacted customer service they made it out to be my fault because they said," with the fire issue that they were going to ship me whatever they had". This was after they assured me that they didn't have any of the old stock even in inventory any-longer. Second, since I already opened the second bag and didn't have the box ship it back in they were not going to pick it up. They recommended that I donated it to a local pet shelter at my expense. Chewy will never do this to you. So even if it appears that you might save a buck think twice before you order from someone else. I can't list that company's name here, but they are in California. I am thinking about disputing the charge and will probably never order from them again!

I placed my first order with Chewy.com recently. After shopping on other pet food mail order sites, they were the only ones that had my brand and size available. On top of it, their price was the best. After placing the order, I realized I had selected the wrong flavor canned food. When speaking to their super-friendly CSR they offered to exchange it at no cost, although it was already on its way. The replacement arrived in two days and all shipping was free. This will be my go-to site for all my pet food needs from now on. And no, I was not paid to write this review, it is genuine.

A neighbor suggested Chewy to me. I am so pleased, no running to the vet, or big box pet store for me any more to feed my " kiddies ". They were very helpful, and the order arrived as promised. We all are very pleased to find this company !

My first purchase from Chewy.com exceeded my expectations. Service was prompt, and they went beyond the call when there was a glitch in my order (nobody's fault, just a circumstance). I will definitely purchase from them again.
