I hate to give Mr. chewy a good rating because I'm scared that they will become too big and they may not offer at the same outstanding customer service as they do right now, however, I have to say that they are excellent. There are no surprises, customer service is exceptional, shipping is outstanding and almost immediate And all the products that I want are in stock. I like the fact that I can order something on one day and normally I'll receive it either the next day or the day after which other online type of dog food suppliers do not. Another thing I love about Mr. chewy is that they send you a confirmation email when the order is placed, and then when the item ships they supply you with a tracking number which is almost immediate. I used to order from doggiefood.com but I stopped because the orders looked like they were being held for A few days prior to shipping and in my business, I really need the food very quickly. I hope that Mr. Chewy never disappoints me because I rely on them for the care and for the supplying of the dog food which I need for my dogs. I think they are great company and the customer service is also very nice as well. They are very personable and I like that. Keep up the good work and thank you. My dogs thank you as well.
