We ordered thousands of dollars worth of cat food and other items for our sanctuary from Chewy. Repeatedly I have spoken with their customer service agents and ask they use smaller boxes. This for the reason that the cat food is crushed inside the cases and we are unable to lift over-sized boxes as vulnerable senior citizens with permanent disabilities. Repeated Chewy acts very concerned and makes notes to perform so that it doesn't risk our lives or cause injuries to us, but they continue to violate their guarantees. What they are doing is a legal violation of the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act. A complaint will now be filed with the Consumer and Financial Fraud Division of the Oregon Attorney General's office. We will now only purchase from Amazon.

I will never order anything from chewy ever again. Ordered a flea collar got an email to call and verify it was me so done tht. Still never got collar. Called a week later and the lady I spoke with said she fixed the problem and we would get in 1-3 business days. Well I looked to see if it was shipped and low and behold they canceled the order. Called to see why and they said it was never verified. I called BS on them. Could not tell me why it was cancelled. So if u can shop local don’t buy anything from them!!!

Placed order, had used autoship. Cancelled one of my Paypal accounts. Chewy notified me the payment did not work, I immediately went into account and added the new Paypal and my credit card. They shipped the order, gave delivery date, then cancelled it on delivery date even though new payment information was added and order had shipped.

Absolutely hate this company. My CKD prescription IV fluid came so late, a week after he died. Their CS is phony af. I guess they send flowers and cards per how much people spend there because I got nothing after my 13 year old cat’s passing which they assisted in dying sooner. FU

PETSMART is better in EVERY WAY! You order dog food from Chewy (Amazon, or really any other online retailer) and it comes close to the expiration date. Use a local store, that often have their own more refined brand for less money and offers shipping to your door. Do not waste your time with Chewy and DO NOT get the insurance they offer. If they deserve one star, it's for their good call center support (and I wish that was enough, but it's not).

I ordered a year of a anti inflammatory for my dog, instead of sending me the bottles it came in they poured it into another bottle. Because it's a soft pill that I break in half now I just have a bottle of powder. I will never order from chewy again. I will order from the company that sends me the original bottle's so I have meds to give my dog. Bad practice!!!

Have given same orders for delivery many times. Left company for 4 months but they promised to do better. Live in 2 nd floor apt. and 71 years old, cannot carry 60 lb. plus boxes up the stairs. Tried them again and same problem. Left outside on porch not even inside and have nobody to help so on e again did not follow directions.
