I ordered two 15 pound bags of Acana Wild Prairie and was informed they were out of this size. They did a great job of contacting me and making sure the substitution was acceptable to me. My order arrived lightning fast....right to my door! Very pleased.

Chewy.com had the best price on the food I was looking for and the shipping was free. The do charge a reasonable flat fee for small orders. I placed my first order and it was shipped out and received very quickly. I already have my next delivery scheduled.

This was my first time ordering from Chewy.com and I am very happy to have discovered this website. I was shopping for treats for my dog which isn't as easy as it might seem. I was impressed with Chewy's great selection, and that each product's ingredients were listed, as well as country of origin. All of this information is important to me. I received my package within a few days, another plus for Chewy.com.

The informaion provided was very useful concise and informative. With the infomation I was able to go to my Veterinarian and order my cat's prescription food online. It was more convenient and economical. Happy customer!

Not sure what took me so long, as I have friends who use Chewy.com - but regardless, we just received our first shipment and it arrived as scheduled and I'm thrilled I no longer need to lug 30lb bags of dog food to/from the store!!! And at a savings!!! Free shipping is a bonus!!!! Thanks Chewy.com!
