I was blown away by how quickly I received my order from Chewy! I had a problem with the address on a different order going to my daughter's home and when I called Chewy about it they called Fed Ex and had it corrected that day. I am very impressed and will be using them on a regular basis.

I recently ordered cat food and dog food from Chewy.com. I was not able to purchase these items in our local pet store and knew I could rely on Chewy.com to have them. I placed my order and all went well... but then I received a call from Chewy.com saying the size of dog food I ordered was out of stock at the moment but they substituted the same dog food in smaller quantities at the same price (actually it ended up being a couple of pounds extra). Great service... speedy delivery... will definitely keep ordering from Chewy.com.
