The shipping went great, and it was very easy to track. I'm a little disappointed in the tiki wet food because most choices contain tuna. My cat isn't that fond of tuna, so I'm very limited on what I can order. When I placed my 2nd automatic order, I spent a lot of time reading the ingredients and had to adjust my order quite a bit to eliminate so much tuna. Other than that, I was very happy with the service, but will not order as frequently.
