I ordered from here after looking for a better price. Shipping was fast and it arrived without damage. Hopefully they keep their price for my brand of dog food lower than competitors.

I placed an order for Canine Caviar dog food hesitantly because of problems in the past with other online retailers. Not only was the discount for auto delivery nice but I appreciated the free shipping. My food arrived in 2 days without any issues. I am extremely pleased.

I wasn't totally secure when I was ordering food 'on line' for my baby. But, I received the product and can tell it's the packaged deal and feel comfortable with my decision of ordering from Chewy.

We cannot buy Precise brand dogfood locally. I lucked out when I found chewy.com. They gave me the best price I could find on the net, plus free shipping, plus an extra deal signing up for scheduled shipping which actually helps me out tremendously so that I never forget to order food. I found this site to be very flexible as well. Their scheduled delivery can be canceled/or changed anytime no hassles! Plus shipping was pretty speedy :) Overall, very satisfied customer and will be purchasing from these guys in the future.

I'm on an auto shipment from another business and did not receive the shipments. My credit card was credited. My problem with the whole thing was that I never got an email OR a phone call letting me know the dog food was on back order. I went online and discovered Chewy.
