Love the pads. I couldn't get over how quick the package arrived. I wasn't charged shipping. Which is a plus. The pads are so much better than all the others I have used. They really absorb and the lemon scent is great.

I just opened my first package of Pill Pockets and found I had inadvertently ordered the smaller size offered. My call to exchange the items for a larger size was met by a very courteous lady who corrected the problem on the spot. You can't ask for better service than that. Thanks Chewy!

I found Chewy.com easy to order from, its prices were very competitive and its shipping very fast (Two days to Michigan). The items were well packed. I am concerned, however, about its credit card checking procedure. I inadvertently put in the wrong zip code in my mailing address and the credit card billing address. (I did not discover this until after the package was shipped.) I thought the credit card bill address would be verified but it was not. Neither was a comparison between the zip code and the shipping address. I will order again but I will be more careful entering my information. I hope Chewy.com will upgrade their systems to make more data validity checks before processing an order.

The Salmon oil has done wonders for coat and skin of our three dogs; a Maltese, Havanese and Lapso/poodle . No more obsessive scratching.

Originally we would get our dog food from the pet stores, at times there wouldn't be a variety of flavors and/or the price keeps going up because it's natural food. I love that I can just log online and order their food and it's delivered at my front door, and delivery is also super fast. Thanks.
