It was my first time ever ordering products online from Chewy.com and I was truly amazed at there customer care. They were out of one of my items and a customer service manager called me immediately ( not email but personally called me) to advise me of the situation. He was very gracious and did not want to hold the rest of my order up. I was truly pleased with the products as they arrived super quick.. I would highly recommend Chewy.com and would definately shop there again!!!

Website was easy to follow, which made ordering a snap. Chewy's had the product I wanted for my cat the cheapest I have found it. Shipping was reasonable, and the product came in the timeframe expected. The product was perfect. My cat loves the food.
