My 4 legged best friend was running out of food. When I went to pick up his food from my local pet store they advised me that it was out of stock. The particular food was slow on distribution because of a manufacturing kitchen fire. I called 5 other pet food suppliers and they all told me the same. I have never ordered food online because I figured the shipping cost alone would be outrageous. I happened to click on Chewy's and the rest is history! I ordered a 28 pound bag, the one I couldn't find at local stores. Unfortunately, I received a call from a Chewy's representative the next day informing me that they were out of stock on that item as well. BUT he advised me they had two 15 lbs. bags and that they would ship those first thing with my consent. In total, I got 30 lbs. of food for the price of a 28 lbs., two extra pounds and FREE SHIPPING!!! GREAT SERVICE!

Found this website because my American bulldog has skin issues. I had a hard time finding the Natural Balance sweet potatoe and venison formula. I ordered it online and 2 days later I received the food. Great website and customer service!

I ordered 12 packs of dog treats and got a confirmation that they accepted my order. However, shortly after that I received a phone call from a representative of Chewy.com explaining they only had 6 in stock and asked how I wanted to proceed. I was so impressed to get the phone call in the first place, and the gentleman who called was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. My order for the 6 packs arrived sooner than I expected and the other 6 were shipped shortly after that. I will definitely order more items from Chewy.com. They are the best!!

I ordered a small bag of food so that my dog could try it and since they did not have it in stock, Chewy.com sent a larger bag for the same price! They even called and left a voice mail to tell me. I have bookmarked their site and will definitely order from them in the future. Thank you, Chewy! I love your service.

Great service! You didn't have the #15 bag of the food I wanted so you sent me 3 #6 bags which gave me #3 pounds free. The last 2 companies I used would just back order it. Besides that, I ordered on the 16th and got my order on the 18th with no postage charges. I will be using chewy.com from now on! Thanks. Rhonda
