I highly recommend them.

Best price on the Nature's Variety wet limited ingredient cat food I ordered, and delivery inside of 48 hours. It doesn't get any better than that.

I want to recommend this company to anyone who has pets. Great service, incredibly fast delivery and good prices. I bought a 30lb. bag of Innova Senior Plus food and had it in less than 2 days. They stand behind their word and their product...really.

Fast shipping, competitive prices and first rate customer service.

I ordered from Chewy.com for the first time a few days ago. Within 24 hours after submitting my order, I rec'd a call from a customer service rep- the food I had ordered was out of stock related to a fire at the company's factory. The rep offered to suggest a substitution or cancel my order. She was very helpful and polite. I chose another brand and the order was delivered within 2 days. It was packaged well and contained everything I ordered. Couldn't ask for more- good prices and great customer service.
