I was a little skeptical with Chest.com's claim of speedy delivery. I have ordered from a couple of the larger pet supply places only to have my order delivered by usps slowest method and taking 10 days to arrive. Chewycom had my pet food at my door in three days. Highly recommend them.

This was my first time using Chewy. I did have to call when I place my order at 12 in the morning and like they state someone did answer my call within 3 rings. My order was at my house the second day (the shipping was free)...wow!!! My only complaint is that the website states 15% for first time users (this was my reason for calling), however it was a little deceptive because it was only if you signed up to do the automatic delivery. :( Over all I would recommend them...I was happy. This is the 2nd time I have ever ordered anything over the internet and I was so nervous about it. The first time I did was from a big well known dept store and someone used my number and charged up a whole bunch of stuff-(about 4 years ago) So that was the first and last time I did such ordering---This time I was desperate for my dog to find the right food for him--He has many allergies---I went to the site for BLUE BUFFALO--and guess what? The order and the DELIVERY all came together with not one problem--Chewy dropped it off at my door exactly when it was expected to arrive. The driver even carried into the house for me. So now that thatwent so well and I am very, very pleased I will definately not hesitate to order/deliver--Thank you Chewy for a pleasant experience and my dog thanks you too!!!

I was so thankful to find Chewy.com. My dog needed to be on a certain food (grain-free) and the food was not even offered in our area. I was able to search and found Chewy.com. I not only got the food for cheaper but I was also able to get free shipping and a discount on my first purchase. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue buying from chewy.com!
