said it all above

first time ever using this site and I really liked the fast service and the products that I ordered. I will order again.

Chewy has so many products, a fair price that matches or beats in store prices and I received free shipping which came very fast. I also was ordering to donate a few products to a cat rescue and the shipping person did not match my billing information and within minutes of my order Chewy called to verify it was not fraud. Way to go Chewy! I will be using your site in the future!

Ordered some product for my cat and within a few days I had it. Would recommend to everybody I know.

The healthy bones I purchased at very reasonable costs arrived promptly and well packaged. Shipping rates were very reasonable too. I will recommend Chewy.com to my friends and neighbors for their pet treats.

My dog has severe allergies and can only eat a few types of dry dog food. On brand is Acana Lamb and Okanagan Apple and Pacifica. I ordered the 28 pound bag of Pacifica from Chewy and was informed soon after that due to a fire at the plant involving one of Acana's dryers, the food was not available in the 28 lb. bag but that they were sending me two 15 lb. bags at no extra charge! Amazing customer service. I then e-mailed out of concern that I would not be able to get the food in any size soon since they stated that it would be difficult to source for some time into the new year. I was prombtly assured that it would be no problem and they would always have some on hand. I will be purchasing from this company again and recommend them to everyone.
