I have been travelling for a month with my canine companion. I was about to run out of my dogs favorite food and ordered it on line to be delivered to my temporary residence. Meanwhile my dog chased after a fox and got trapped in the salt marsh for 17 hours! imagine how happy she was after being rescued to have the comfort of her favorite food!

I have a dog with an allergy to chicken and have problems finding food for her. I was able to look over the food ingredients before purchasing any food. I ordered 2 different kinds to see which one she tolerated better. I received a call from customer service to let me know they were out of the 5 lb bag of one of the foods, but to avoid a delay in sending the food, they upgrading it to a 15 lb bag at no extra charge. I was impressed and will look to order from them again.
