It always a little nerve-wrecking to use a website you haven't heard of or was recommended to you by a friend. However, my experience with Chewy.com was nothing short of spectacular. Struggling to find decently priced natural food for my cat in Chicago is a nightmare, not to mention every place that offers it is a trip to get too. The customer assistant on Chewy.com was very courteous and prompt, as well as accurate when she said the food would get to me in about 2 days. Even the shipping cost was fair. Needless to say I will be buying from again - they even offer repeat delivery. :)

Chewy.com has a cute name, the prices are good for the products I normally purchase, the delivery is quick and efficient, and they use paper for packaging instead of plastic bubble wrap.
